In May 2016, a voluntary offer to recreational fishers was made by Seafish Tasmania regarding the operations of the Geelong Star in the 2016-17 Small Pelagic Fishery (SPF) fishing year commencing 1 May 2016 and ending 30 April 2017.
The Australian Fisheries Management Authority (AFMA) has previously reported on the adherence to the offer up until 31 July 2016.
Data for the second quarter from 1 August to 30 October 2016 is now available on afma.gov.au.
