AFMA has published its 2016-17 total allowable catch (TAC) recommendations paper for the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark fishery (SESSF). This paper outlines AFMA Management’s recommendations of TACs for species in the SESSF for the 2016-17 fishing year, commencing 1 May 2016.
The paper was sent to all SESSF concession holders and other stakeholders, and provides an opportunity to review AFMA Management’s TAC recommendations before they are considered by the South East Management Advisory Committee (SEMAC) at its TAC setting meeting in February 2016.
